What You'll Do Here

You're the artist. Your day is built around the client in your chair and the one waiting for you.

Perform haircuts, fades, color services, and thorough consultations.
Build and maintain your book; we have marketing that drives walk ins and regulars to you.
Earn through service commissions, retail sales, and tips.
Use our ongoing education to master new techniques and increase your value.

What You Need to Bring

The non negotiables first. Then, the mindset that makes this work.

A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
Authorization to work in the U.S. We don't offer sponsorship for this role.
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. That's when the earning potential peaks.
Skill with shears, clippers, and color is a must. A solid consultation technique is just as important.
If you're coming in with an existing clientele? That's a huge bonus. We'll help you grow it from day one.
