Requirements

  • A minimum of two years in a food service lead or supervisory capacity is needed.
  • You need a valid food handler's card or certification relevant to Chicago, IL.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds is part of the job.
  • A calm demeanor under pressure; when the rush hits, your team looks to you for direction.
  • Scheduling experience using digital tools or spreadsheets is a big plus.
