The Work

You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to Toyota and dealership standards. It's about doing the job right.

• Communicate directly with service advisors about what work a vehicle needs.
• Coordinate with the parts department to get what you need for your work orders.
• Accurately document all the work you perform.
• Road test vehicles as part of your process.
• A clean workspace matters; you'll keep your bay neat and make sure customers' cars stay clean.
• Factory bulletins and training aren't optional; staying current is part of the job.

What You Need to Bring

We're looking for proven skill. Here are the specifics.

• Professional automotive technician experience is required. No exceptions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• You need to be able to read, understand, and follow instructions and information.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Everyone passes a pre employment screening: background check, MVR review, and drug test.

The Details & What We Provide

This is where we show we're serious about being a good place to work. The shop itself is a 28 bay facility that's air conditioned with a fresh air exchange system. We're busy; over 1,800 repair orders every month; so there's plenty of work available.

• Pay: This is a flat rate position with an earning opportunity of up to $45+ per hour. With our volume, turning 60 70 hours per week is realistic on a 5 day schedule. We're closed on Sundays.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
• Training & Certs: We cover the cost for ASE certification and training. Paid training is part of the deal, with excellent programs for advancement.
• Scheduling: We offer multiple shift times and flexible scheduling options.
