What You'll Do

You'll lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence. As Warehouse Supervisor at Quality Custom Distribution in Charlotte, NC, you're guiding daily operations in a high volume distribution center that serves two well known quick service restaurant brands. This is for people who are driven, organized, and ready to lead people ; not just processes.

The Day to Day

You'll oversee warehouse operations across two shifts in a temperature controlled environment. That means making sure receiving, picking, and dispatch happen on time while keeping food safety and quality standards tight. You're monitoring productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across every process.

• Communicate regularly with your team ; set expectations and keep operations aligned
• Track KPIs and complete reports (logs, timecards, damage reports, productivity data), then act on what you find
• Plan labor and equipment needs to meet shifting operational demands
• Work across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations with some team supervision under your belt
• An Associate's degree is preferred; vocational or technical education is also accepted. Forklift instructor certification? That's a plus.
• A solid grasp of safety protocols, food handling procedures, and inventory best practices
• Comfort with computer systems ; barcoding tools, warehouse management systems, timekeeping software ; plus reporting skills
• The ability to lead a diverse crew in a 24/7 operation where collaboration, safety, and efficiency rule the day

The Schedule & Setting

This is full time and on site at a temperature controlled warehouse in Charlotte, NC. Since it supports operations around the clock (24/7), you need flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Your regular schedule lands at 4am - 3:30pm on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Pay & Benefits

You get paid every Friday ; weekly paychecks here. Health insurance comes available after 30 days (dental and vision too). There's also a 401(k) plan plus paid holidays and vacation time. Company provided uniforms and work shoes are part of the deal.
