Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preference is given to candidates who are a licensed, certified, or registered veterinary technician (or have passed the VTNE) in the state where Charlotte, NC is located. Recent graduates from an accredited program are encouraged to apply.
- Hands on experience in a veterinary hospital or shelter setting is a major plus.
- You need a steady hand for venipuncture and placing IV catheters.
- Familiarity with common veterinary software helps you hit the ground running.
