About This Role

Alright, let's talk about this Night Warehouse Selector role in Charlotte, NC. It's a night shift job, plain and simple. You're moving product, building orders, and you're the reason our customers get what they need. If you don't mind the hours and you like work that keeps you moving, this could be a solid fit.

The Work

You'll be on your feet for an 8+ hour shift, typically Sunday through Thursday. Weekends and holidays come up sometimes; that's just part of the job here. Your main focus is pulling customer orders accurately and getting them ready to go out the door without any damage. Safety is the absolute priority, every single night. You're handling a lot of product; we're talking over 1,000 cases in a shift; so it's physical. You'll also be teaming up with others to make sure everything gets where it needs to go.

What You Need to Bring

  • You have to read and communicate in English for training, safety talks, and basic paperwork.
  • Able to work those night shifts we talked about.
  • Recent experience with seriously physical activity is a big plus. Think jobs like construction, farming, fitness training, or moving patients.
  • If you've selected orders in a warehouse or distribution center before, that's preferred.
  • Experience with equipment like a motorized pallet jack is also preferred.

The Physical Side

This isn't a desk job. Be ready for it.

  • The warehouse has different temperature zones. You'll be working in areas from -5 degrees up to over 100 degrees.
  • You're lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling between 20 to 80+ pounds of product over and over during your shift.

Pay & Schedule

The starting rate for this role in Fort Mill is $20.43 per hour plus incentive pay based on your productivity and quality. The general expected base rate for the role is between $19.83 and $34.00 per hour. Your final rate depends on your experience and other factors.

On top of that base rate, you get paid overtime when you work it, that incentive pay we mentioned, and an extra premium for time worked in the freezer areas.

It's a full time night schedule: 8+ hour shifts, typically Sunday to Thursday.
