Home Health Aide

Alright, let's talk about this night shift. We're looking for a Registered Nurse to provide one on one care for a toddler with high acuity needs, including a trach and vent, in their home in Charlotte, NC. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

What You'll Do

You'll be the dedicated nurse for this child overnight. It's complex, hands on care in a home setting. You're there to manage their specific clinical needs, monitor their status closely, and provide that consistent, compassionate presence so the family can rest. You'll document everything electronically using the tablet we have in the home.

What You Need

• An active, unencumbered RN license for the state you'll be working in. If you have a compact license, you need to transfer it within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with a hands on component. Don't have it? We can help you get it after you're hired.
• A TB skin test from the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the case.
• Six months of prior hands on nursing experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates without it.
