What You'll Do Here
You're not just cleaning teeth. At Palmieri Dentistry, you're the person patients trust with their health ; and we take that seriously. You'll perform cleanings, scaling, and root planing, plus conduct patient screenings and periodontal assessments. You'll educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care, and document everything thoroughly in their charts. You'll work right alongside our doctor and assistant to make sure every patient leaves with a smile that's healthier than when they walked in. We'll also ask you to present treatment plans, use the digital scanner (don't worry ; we can teach you that part), and schedule patients' recare appointments.
What You Need
- An active RDH license in North Carolina. That's the big one.
- Strong clinical skills ; you know your way around a mouth and a scaler.
- A friendly, compassionate demeanor. Patients feel that.
- You're a positive presence in the room. We don't do drama.
- A real commitment to growing your skills and delivering a great patient experience.
Schedule and Hours
This role can be full time or part time. The practice is open Monday through Friday. You'll work alternating Wednesdays and Fridays off ; so you get a three day weekend every other week. In total, it's 32 to 34 hours per week.
