The job in a nutshell

This is a part time Registered Nurse position at The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community in Chandler, AZ. You'd be on the Skilled Nursing team, working a schedule that covers two weekdays plus every other weekend, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pay ranges from $42 to $53 an hour, depending on experience.

What you'd actually do

• Deliver nursing care that's rooted in the Philosophy of Person Directed Care ; meaning you respect each resident's preferences and routines.
• Help keep the environment safe, supportive, and genuinely engaging for residents, visitors, and your coworkers.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners so resident care stays smooth and consistent.
• Hold team members accountable for quality care and resident satisfaction (in a supportive way).
• Keep an eye on residents' needs and respond with both compassion and professional skill.

What you need to bring

• A current and active RN license in the state where you'll practice.
• Hands on experience with PointClickCare (PCC) charting software.
• At least 6 months of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility ; and that experience should be current or recent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current or prior experience in post acute, sub acute, or senior care nursing is strongly preferred.
