Sales Representative

What you'll do

You're the first person a customer sees when they walk in. Your main job is to listen, figure out what they're trying to achieve, and then recommend products that actually make sense for them. It's about giving good advice, not just making a sale.

When you're not helping someone on the floor, you're keeping the place running. That means restocking shelves, making sure the store looks good, picking items for online orders, and handling basic cleaning. You'll also help with opening and closing the store, which involves counting cash and doing inventory.

• Greet every customer and create a genuinely welcoming spot for people to shop.
• Use your growing knowledge of our products to help customers find what's right for their goals.
• Work towards hitting; and beating; your individual and the store's sales targets.
• Accurately pick and pack orders that come in online.
• Make an effort to learn about new products and stay up on fitness and wellness trends.
• Help with store operations like cash handling, deposits, and maintaining our appearance standards.

The physical side of things

This isn't a desk job. You'll be on your feet most of the day, moving around the sales floor and stock room.

• You need to stand or walk for up to eight hours at a stretch.
• A lot of reaching, bending, and twisting is involved, both low down and overhead.
• You'll frequently lift up to 20 pounds; sometimes it might be closer to 40.
• You should be comfortable pushing or pulling carts loaded up to 20 pounds.
• Climbing a ladder is part of the job for grabbing stock.
• The back room temperature can vary between 50 and 85 degrees.
• You'll also use a computer for various tasks throughout your shift.

The schedule we need

Retail hours aren't always 9 to 5. We need someone reliable who can work a flexible schedule based on what the store needs.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Schedules include opening early in the morning or closing late at night.
• You have to be available for key busy periods, which includes weekends; Saturday and Sunday are essential.
• The store is open on major U.S. holidays, and you'll be scheduled to work those days as needed.

The base pay is hourly for this part time position. But there's more on top of that.
