About this role
Design at JobXi means designing for clarity. We believe job search should feel effortless — and you will make that true. You will own the end-to-end design of the product: from job listing pages and search to onboarding tools, mobile, and the brand system.
What you will work on
- Design new features and flows from concept through to shipped product
- Own the design system and ensure visual consistency across all surfaces
- Work closely with engineers — designs need to be implementable and precise
- Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate decisions
- Define and evolve the visual identity as the product matures
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally for web apps or marketplaces
- Strong Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototyping
- A portfolio that shows both visual craft and product thinking
- You design for real users, not design awards
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with limited specs
Nice to have
- Experience designing mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or ability to review component code
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
