JobXi has millions of pages of job content. Your job is to make sure the right people find them. We are looking for someone who understands technical SEO, content strategy, and growth at scale — and who can turn a job board into a search traffic engine.
What you will work on
- Own organic growth strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking at scale
- Work with engineers to improve technical SEO — crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data
- Develop content strategies that drive high-intent traffic from job seekers
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions — and iterate fast based on data
- Identify and act on untapped growth opportunities across the US job market
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in SEO with a track record of measurable growth
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, canonicals, schema, CWV)
- Comfortable reading data in Google Search Console and GA4
- Experience growing content-heavy or programmatic sites (job boards a big plus)
- You can write well — clear, direct, useful content
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or basic scripting for data analysis
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
- Understanding of US regional job markets
