Full-Stack Engineer

About this role
We are building a next-generation job board that strips away ads, forced sign-ups, and friction — and replaces them with speed, clarity, and access. You will be one of the first engineers shaping the product end to end: from database to UI, from performance to scale.
What you will work on
- Build and maintain features across the full stack (Next.js App Router, PostgreSQL, REST APIs)
- Own performance — pages load fast, data is fresh, search is instant
- Design and iterate on data pipelines that process millions of job listings
- Work directly with the founder — short feedback loops, high ownership
- Shape the technical architecture as the product grows
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience deploying and maintaining production apps on Linux servers
- You write clean, readable code and care about the details
- Comfortable working async and remotely with minimal process overhead
Nice to have
- Experience with job boards, aggregators, or large content sites
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and UI design sensibilities
- Knowledge of SEO for programmatic pages at scale
