What You'll Actually Be Doing

This isn't a sit behind a-desk kind of job. You'll be bouncing between stores in your district, making sure everything runs like it should. Your main gig is delegating tasks to the store team, keeping operations tight, and making sure customer service doesn't slip. You'll also mentor team members ; help them get better at their jobs, give feedback to the General Manager on how they're doing, and work right alongside them when things get busy.

You're the one setting the vibe. That means fostering a positive culture by living out Sheetz's performance standards every day. And safety? Non negotiable ; you'll make sure everyone's following regulatory and compliance rules.

The Nitty Gritty Requirements

• At least 18 years old (but if you're in Virginia state law says you need to be 21 or older for certain supervisor tasks).
• You've got proven experience leading a team or working closely with others to hit shared goals.
• Previous food service experience is a nice to have but not required.
• Must be able to handle physical stuff ; repeated bending, standing, reaching. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds by yourself, and up to 40 pounds if someone helps you.
• Multitasking is part of the deal here; no two days are the same.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way each day (if you go over that mileage gets reimbursed).
