You'll be the one accountable for the team, the budget, and the client relationship.

- You guarantee we meet every single obligation in our contract with the client.
- Safety is non negotiable. You'll enforce our comprehensive Safety Plan and ensure 100% compliance with all rules and protocols.
- A big part of this is driving financial performance and operational efficiency through audits and ensuring high levels of execution.
- You'll find ways to improve efficiencies, especially around labor scheduling and productivity.
- Fostering a positive work environment and maintaining clear communication at every level of the organization is on you.
- You provide the overall direction for this complex account to hit both operating and financial targets.
- The training, development, and performance management of your managers and hourly associates falls under your purview.
- You'll ensure operational performance complies with all Aramark standards, as well as local, state, federal, and OSHA regulations.
- Talent management is key; developing your team, planning for succession, optimizing staffing, and keeping employees engaged.
- Building strong relationships with the client is critical. You'll maintain active communication through formal monthly business reviews to make sure their objectives are fully met.
- You must ensure consistent use of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to properly manage all operations.
