Demand for our TWO2 therapy is growing. We're expanding the team to keep up with it ; and to make sure every patient gets the level of care they deserve. That means we need someone who can lead, build a team, and keep the focus on outcomes that actually change lives.
The Territory
This role covers Brooklyn, NY. You need to live inside or near that territory. It's a remote role, but you'll be on the road a lot.
What You'll Do
- Direct the sales operation within your geography ; hitting quota, keeping expenses in line, and meeting marketing goals
- Develop real relationships with healthcare personnel. You're not just selling a device; you're building strategy for account retention and new business development
- Manage a team of direct field sales employees (Account Representatives) and contracted distributor principles. That means field visits, individual meetings, group meetings, and phone contact to train and develop your people in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career growth
- Coordinate sales efforts across the board
- Communicate the corporate mission, goals, and activities. Keep the team motivated toward quota
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Step in with corrective actions when needed
- Help employees with Quarterly Plan and Reviews (QPRs)
- Make sure inventory and expenses are used efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate efforts with contracted distributors ; maximize teamwork results across AOTI
- Recruit and interview candidates. Keep a strong personnel "bench." Hire top candidates for open roles
- Feed marketing intelligence back to senior management
- And yes, perform other duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring
- At least 10 years of experience in medical device or healthcare
- No less than 5 years of leadership experience in medical device or healthcare
- Strong written, presentation, and oral communication
- Solid business acumen and analytical thinking. Strategic thinking, too
- You know how to develop and foster a team
- You can manage cross functional initiatives and resolve conflict effectively
- A relentless focus on the customer
- Must be willing to travel 50% or more
- Occasionally you'll sit, walk, or use your hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally you'll reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. You'll need to talk and hear. You'll occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000. It's uncapped. Here's what else comes with it:
