Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International is hiring Real Estate Agents for Brooklyn, NY. No prior experience necessary. We train you. We support you. You learn the real estate industry from the ground up: market trends, negotiation techniques, and everything in between ; all while working with seasoned professionals who want you to succeed.

What You'll Actually Do

• Guide clients through buying and selling properties with personalized service
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get favorable terms
• Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts
• Provide ongoing support and follow up so client relationships last
• Use real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions
• Conduct market research to figure out competitive pricing and local trends

What You'll Earn

This is a full commission role. Real estate agents earn money on each transaction they complete. The more transactions, the more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for an agent here to be earning $50,000 - $100,000 yearly or more.

The math is simple: the more effort you put into building your client base, the more money you make.
