Alright, let's talk about this driving job in Brooklyn, NY. It's not your average route. You're picking up passengers who need a little extra help getting around, and you're the person making that happen. We've got openings for both part time and full time afternoon shifts.

The Work

You'll be driving our Access A-Ride vehicles. Your main job is to get passengers safely from their pick up spot to their destination. This isn't just a curb to curb service; it's door to door. That means helping folks get from their building to the vehicle and back again.

• Transport disabled passengers to and from their locations.
• Provide that full door to door service for every passenger.
• The schedule requires you to work weekends. It's a must for this shift.
• Every passenger is different, so special care and sensitivity are part of the job.

What You Need to Bring

We need someone reliable who meets all the basics. Here’s the list:

• A valid New York State Driver’s License.
• A CDL Class CP is preferred, and we can even help with training to get it.
• A clean driving record that fits our company policy.
• You have to be at least 21 years old.
• Full COVID 19 vaccination is required to apply.

Schedule & Pay

The shift runs from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. You must be available to work weekends. The pay range is $23.11 to $29.58 per hour, depending on your experience.

If you have previous Access A-Ride driving experience, you could qualify for a higher starting rate. And if you're coming on as a new full time CDL driver, there's a $5,000 sign on bonus waiting for you.
