What this role is about

In this job, you'll learn the real estate business from the ground up. Market trends, negotiation techniques, how to work with clients ; all of it. You'll be working next to seasoned professionals who want you to succeed. We give you the tools and resources to build a career that grows as you do.

What you'll actually do

• Guide clients through buying and selling homes with personalized service
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers so everyone gets a fair deal
• Build and keep a network of clients and industry contacts over time
• Provide ongoing client support and follow up to create long term relationships
• Use real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions
• Conduct market research so you know competitive pricing and local trends

Compensation structure

This is a full commission role. You earn money for each transaction you complete. The more transactions, the more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for an agent here to be earning $50,000 - $100,000 yearly or more. The amount depends on how much effort you put into building your client base.
