What you'd be doing

  • Everything gets tracked in the CRM; managing opportunities, forecasting, reporting results.

The background we need

We're looking for someone with a solid history in B2B sales. That means 3 to 5 years where you've consistently hit or surpassed your targets. You know how to build client relationships that last.

  • You're comfortable presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are a must; you'll be managing your own territory.
  • You should know your way around a CRM platform and Microsoft Office.
  • A background in construction, utilities, or environmental services is a definite plus.
  • This role needs someone who can run independently but still collaborate well with the team at the branch.

The details

The pay structure is base salary plus uncapped commission. The estimated total compensation in your first year is between $105,000 and $140,000. Your actual earnings will depend on your experience, performance, location (Boston, MA), and market conditions.
