Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing

Schedule and Pay

• Full time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• $40 to $46 per hour, depending on experience
• Plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential

What You'll Do

You're responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, and you'll work within our "Philosophy for Person Directed Care." Here's what a day might look like:

• Keeping the environment safe and healthy for residents, staff, and visitors so everyone can participate in the resident's daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Starting the plan of care when needed and supervising resident care appropriately
• Developing assignments alongside care partners and holding each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

What You Need

• A current RN license
• A current CPR certification
• Current or prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post acute or sub acute care is preferred
