Requirements

  • At least three years of hands on HR generalist or specialist experience. Consulting background is a plus but not required.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. PHR or SHRM CP certification is highly regarded.
  • The mental focus to juggle multiple client priorities and the discretion to handle sensitive information confidentially.

No two weeks look exactly the same. You might be onsite at a manufacturing plant one day and running a virtual workshop the next. You'll primarily use standard HRIS platforms and your own suite of tools for analysis and presentations.
