What you'd be doing

You're the one who makes sure the baked goods case looks good and tastes even better. It's hands on work where you see the direct results every day.

• Prepare, package, and sell all the store baked products. You'll follow our specific process cards to make sure everything meets our standards.
• Keeping your work area organized and fully stocked is a big part of it. A clean station is a safe and efficient one.
• Following food safety and handling standards isn't just a rulebook thing; it's how we do business. You'll manage and prep food cleanly and safely.
• You'll handle accurate sales transactions at the point of sale.

The basics we need from you

We can teach a lot, but some things you just need to bring with you. Here’s what that looks like for this role.

• Incredible guest service skills are non negotiable. You have to be able to build and maintain that guest focused culture with every interaction.
• The ability to complete sales transactions accurately.
• You're comfortable managing and prepping food in a clean, safe manner.
• A solid grasp on following processes and policies is important here; consistency matters.
• You can use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed for the job. Don't worry, we'll show you how ours work.
• This isn't a solo act. You've got to be able to work as part of a team with your co workers.

• Experience in a similar position is always helpful.
• A ServSafe certification is preferred but not required starting out.

The details & how we try to take care of you

The pay rate for this role starts between $11.60 and $15.70 an hour. You get paid weekly.
