Job Overview

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys creating fresh food and keeping things moving. As a Sandwich and Salad Maker, you'll assemble orders with care and speed, making sure every item meets quality standards. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads following specific recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Manage your prep station: keep ingredients stocked, fresh, and properly rotated.
• Operate kitchen equipment like slicers and food processors safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a spotless work area, adhering to all health and sanitation codes throughout your shift.
• Interact with customers directly at the counter, taking orders and answering basic menu questions.

Requirements

• A genuine focus on cleanliness and food safety is non negotiable.
• The ability to stay organized and accurate when orders come in quickly.
• Previous experience in a cafe, deli, or fast casual restaurant is a definite plus.
• You need to be comfortable on your feet for most of the shift and able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• A friendly demeanor helps; you're often the face of the operation during service.
