Gutter / Leaf Guard Installer

This job is for subcontractors who install water filtration systems in homes

Leaf Home Water Solutions is looking for installers in Baton Rouge, LA right now. Not gutter installers ; that's a different team. This role is specifically for people who set up whole home water filtration systems. You'd work as an independent subcontractor, not an employee.

What you'll actually do on the job

• Install whole home water filtration systems in residential houses
• The jobs are already sold to customers before you arrive. You don't sell anything; you just show up and install.
• A typical installer finishes about 2 jobs per day on average
• Some work may involve servicing existing systems depending on your experience

What you need to bring to this work

You need experience with water filtration installation, irrigation systems, or significant residential plumbing knowledge. That's the baseline.

You also need these things ready before starting:

• A truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling equipment
• Your own plumbing tools and power tools
• The ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers comp insurance (if applicable where you live)

If you don't already have the insurance lined up, Leaf Home will help you get it through their onboarding assistance program. They also provide comprehensive training on how to install their specific system the right way the first time.

The schedule and pay situation

You set your own schedule. Work part time, full time, or just when it fits your life. There's no manager telling you when to clock in.

Full time installers can earn $600+ per day. And pay happens weekly through direct deposit ; no waiting weeks or months to get paid for what you installed yesterday.

A few things worth knowing upfront

The work involves residential environments including crawl spaces and basements sometimes. You're working with water lines so it's physical but not construction heavy if you know plumbing basics already.
