Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with a clean record is non negotiable.
  • You need at least two years of hands on experience in a technical repair role; HVAC, appliances, or industrial equipment are all good backgrounds.
  • Basic proficiency with diagnostic software and multimeters is expected.
  • The job involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working in tight spaces, and being on your feet most of the day.
  • A trade school certification or relevant associate degree is a plus, but solid experience can substitute.
