• A big part of it is implementing our care model. You'll mentor your staff and be the main point of contact with other departments to coordinate.
• Work with the DON to make sure we have enough nurses on staff to provide safe care around the clock. We really focus on minimizing overtime and using agency staff.
• You’ll also have a hand in recruiting new folks, helping with orientation for new hires, and you can give input on promotions, transfers, or terminations.

• Your diploma has to be from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university. A BSN is preferred but not a deal breaker.
• You must have a current Registered Nurse license from the state board.
