The Role in a Nutshell

This is a PRN Endodontist position with Porter Dental & Braces, a Benevis company, in Baltimore, MD. You'd work 1 2 days per month ; it's structured to fit around whatever else you've got going on. The compensation is the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production, landing between $1,000 and $2,700 per day.

What You'd Be Doing

You're here for the endo, and that's what you'll focus on. The practice handles the rest. Here's the breakdown:

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Use modern endodontic techniques and whatever dental technology is available to deliver high quality care
• Work with the dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Keep accurate documentation and stick to clinical and regulatory standards

• Digital x ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained specifically for endodontic procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

What You Need to Bring

• DDS or DMD from a CODA accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA accredited Endodontics residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility to get one
• Current BLS/CPR and DEA registration
• Compassion and a genuine desire to provide endodontic care in a community dental setting
