The Gist

Hammonds Lane Center in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA). This is a CNA role with a focus on geriatric patients. The pay range is $19.00 to $20.50 an hour.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll work directly with a Licensed or Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care that gets real results ; both clinically and for patient satisfaction. The day to day involves hands on patient care activities that keep people comfortable and their personal needs met. You'll also transport patients to rehabilitation therapy and go along with them to outside appointments. And you won't just be following orders; you'll participate in the care planning process and help implement the plan as written.
