That's the kind of place we are. We're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at the Castle Hills clinic in Austin, TX.

The Work You'll Do

You'll see an average of less than 12 patients a day. That gives you the time to do the job right.

  • Assess movement dysfunction by taking patient history and doing physical exams to find the root cause.
  • Work with each patient to build and tweak their plan of care. It should be based on evidence and fit their personal goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Provide skilled interventions like therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re education, and modalities to reduce pain and improve function.
  • Track patient outcomes that actually matter. Adjust your approach based on their progress and clinical presentation.
  • Be a trusted advocate for your patients throughout their entire recovery process.

What You Bring

  • A Physical Therapist license in good standing from the state of Texas. If you're currently pursuing your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, we want to hear from you too.

How We Support You

The salary range for this full time role is $72,000 to $90,000 per year. There's also a potential sign on bonus of up to $5,000 available.
