About This Role

Alright, let's talk about this doctor role at Oak Street Health in Aurora, CO. It's not your typical clinic gig. What you'll do

You'll be the primary care physician for patients at the local clinic. That means assessing folks, diagnosing them, and overseeing their direct care. You'll prescribe medications and treatments.

  • Keeping patient records up to date in our electronic systems (canopy and greenway).
  • Working with regional and central leadership isn't just paperwork; it's about hitting those health quality goals together.
  • You'll also partner with the Practice Manager to help direct and manage the center's care team.
  • And there are other duties as assigned; you know how it goes.

What you need to have

Non negotiable stuff first. You must be a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).

  • Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • An active state license that's non probationary and unrestricted.
  • You need an active DEA license.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required.
  • And here’s a big one: you must be bilingual in Cantonese. It's required for this position.

What would make you a great fit

A fellowship in Geriatrics would be fantastic. So would experience practicing medicine with geriatric populations.

  • If you've worked in a value based healthcare model before, that's a huge plus.
  • Experience working collaboratively to make sure patients get positive health outcomes matters here.
  • A background in outpatient primary care settings is preferred.

The schedule:

This is a full time position at 40 hours a week.

The pay range for this role is $174,070.00 to $374,920.00 per year. That base salary offer will depend on your experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
