Registered Nurse

Here's the deal

This isn't your typical hospital floor or clinic job. You'd be working inside one of our plasma donation centers in Augusta, GA. It's a different pace, but it's just as important. You're the medical expert on site, making sure every donor is safe and has a good experience.

The schedule? No third shift. That's a promise.

What you'd actually do

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories to clear donors.
• You'll build rapport with donors; their comfort and satisfaction matters here.
• Evaluate any history of illness or medications to keep donors suitable over time.
• Handle donor injuries or adverse events if they occur.
• Counsel donors about general health and explain any unacceptable test results.
• A big part of the job is education, making donors aware of potential risks.
• Guard donor and staff confidentiality closely.
• Help train other employees on medical procedures.
• Run our employee Hepatitis Vaccine program for the center staff.

What you need to bring

Your license is your ticket in.

• You must be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as one of the following: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Paramedic, or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
• A current CPR certification is also required. No exceptions there.

The money and the extras

$3000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time positions.

The salary itself depends on your specific licensure and your experience. We pay competitively, and there's an opportunity to participate in a Company Bonus Program too.
