Requirements

• A surgical technologist diploma from an accredited program is required.
• Certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) is strongly preferred.
• You need a solid grasp of aseptic technique and familiarity with a wide range of surgical instrumentation.
• The role demands standing for long periods, lifting, and the mental focus to handle high pressure situations calmly.
• Recent graduates with clinical externship experience will be considered alongside experienced techs.
