Full Stack Developer

What this role actually is

TRC Talent Solutions has been in the Atlanta market for over 50 years. We're not a body shop. We're working with a Top 5 Global Homebuilder on one of their three biggest strategic priorities for 2026 ; the "Path to Purchase Order" initiative. You'll be the technical owner of their House Cost Management (HCM) module, which lives inside their enterprise finance ecosystem. This isn't maintenance work. It's a transformation role: you'll decode a legacy .NET Framework system that nobody fully understands, stabilize the monthly market rollouts, and lead the shift to a modern Azure based, API first, event driven architecture.

Why this gig is different

High visibility doesn't begin to cover it. This project is in the company's top three priorities for the year. You won't be a back seat coder ; you'll own the module while the Architect focuses on enterprise strategy. The team is fully leaning into GenAI tools like Cursor and Copilot Studio to analyze legacy code and automate workflows. And there's the schedule perk: you're in Buckhead Tuesday through Thursday, but you work 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. That's designed specifically so you beat Atlanta traffic both ways.

What you'll actually do day to day

• Decompose monolithic .NET Framework applications into scalable Azure Microservices with Angular/TypeScript front ends
• Act as the technical lead for the team ; mentoring junior and mid level developers, and reinforcing TDD and Clean Architecture standards
• Design and implement event driven solutions using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid
• Use GenAI tools to decode "mind mapped" legacy code and demonstrate AI agent efficiency to business stakeholders

What you need to have

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert level C# and .NET Core ; plus working knowledge of legacy .NET Framework
• Hands on Azure experience: App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong Angular skills ; or serious React/TypeScript experience ; as your primary front end framework
• Deep understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices architecture

Location and schedule

Atlanta, GA is where you'll work. On site in Buckhead Tuesday through Thursday. The hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM ; that early start means you're off before rush hour hits.
