Sales Representative

Alright, let's talk about this job. It's a part time Sales Associate role at Under Armour in Asheville, NC. I'm looking for someone who wants to be the face of the store and actually enjoys helping people find gear that works for them. This isn't about pushing product; it's about sharing what you know and creating a great experience from the moment someone walks in.

What You'll Do

Your main focus is the customer. You're there to help them find what they need, whether it's apparel or footwear, and make sure they leave feeling good about their visit.

• You'll handle everything from greeting people to ringing them out at the register.
• Keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized is a big part of it. That means stocking, straightening, and cleaning.
• The work shifts between the front and back of the store. One minute you're on the sales floor, the next you're processing an online order for in store pickup.
• You'll help customers with our loyalty program and handle those "buy online, pick up in store" requests.
• It's a team environment. You've got to be able to collaborate and keep up when things get busy.
• Show up on time for your scheduled shifts, ready to work.

What You Need

A few things are non negotiable for this role. Check these off first.

• You must be at least 16 years old. If you're in California, you need to be 18.
• You have to be able to lift 25 lbs., bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods. We can provide reasonable accommodation if needed.
• A flexible schedule is essential. The job requires nights, weekends, and holiday availability.
• Fluency in the local language is required. Knowing some basic English is helpful but not mandatory.
• You should be comfortable using tech like computers and mobile devices; we can teach you the specifics.
