- The schedule falls under your purview. You'll manage staff labor based on patient needs and our productivity guidelines.
- Keeping an eye on supplies and equipment is part of keeping the unit functional.
What you need to bring
- A current RN license as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
- The education requirement is a Registered Nurse Diploma.
- You must have at least two years of OR experience. Charge nurse experience will give you a serious leg up.
- You need to obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within your first 30 days if you don't have it already.
