Solutions Architect

The Role

NTTD Info Pro Ser Pte Ltd is looking for an Enterprise Architect (they also call this a Solution Executive) to join the Client Growth team. This isn't a standard architect role. It's built for the big stuff ; specifically, large deals over $50 million in the Public Sector domain. You'll be the single threaded leader of the solution on a pursuit, which means you own the technical vision from start to finish.

You need to think big and think different. You'll shape multi tower solutions by getting involved early, and you'll bring the full weight of NTT to help clients transform their businesses using technology and services. Your skills need to span both functional and technical domains, with serious depth in digital transformation leveraging Cloud, Data, and AI. You'll be the technical sponsor and spokesperson for the solution, both inside NTT and with the client's technology CxO.

You won't work in a silo. You'll collaborate with delivery practitioners and subject matter experts across different business units and domains to give customers seamless technology modernization and transformation solutions.

What You'll Actually Do

• Engage early with customers' technology and business leaders to build relationships and get a deep understanding of their environment and current enterprise challenges
• Lead and participate in solution design workshops ; both in person and virtual ; with customers and internal teams
• Help create win strategies and define the overall solution strategy for each pursuit
• Lead the design, construction, and orchestration of the solution across NTT, partners, and the client organization
• Act as the technical sponsor of the solution inside NTT and within the client organization
• Work with delivery practitioners and subject matter experts from different business units to design solutions that actually address customers' business challenges and objectives
• Apply the One NTT delivery framework and methodology to keep solution delivery consistent and high quality across the NTT Group
• Communicate clearly with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to make sure everyone is aligned on the solution vision, scope, and value proposition
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, proposals, and artifacts that show the value and differentiation of NTT's capabilities
• Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture and use them to build innovative and competitive solutions

What You Need to Bring

You need a minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or consulting roles ; ideally in the IT services industry. You also need a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent 4 additional years of work experience.

Beyond those basics, here's what will set you apart:

• Experience in pre sales solutioning for large deals over $50 million that actually resulted in wins, ideally in the Public Sector domain
• A track record of designing and delivering complex, cross domain solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations
• Strong knowledge across technology domains like cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, and applications
• Serious communication and presentation skills ; you need to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and concisely
• You're comfortable working in a fast moving, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Certifications in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related domains are preferred
