About This Role
The Job
You're a personal trainer who leads real workouts for members at every fitness level. You'll grow your own client base here, and you'll do it inside a club that's part of a company expanding fast. It's hands on. It's collaborative. And you won't be stuck doing the same thing every day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every single time they come in
- Lead new member orientations, run pre exercise biometrics, and set meaningful goals with each person
- Design and deliver safe, personalized training sessions; track client progress closely
- Build and maintain a client base of at least 12 client hours per week, and hit your booking targets
- Prospect and convert leads during floor hours, club events, and through the Smart Start program
- Manage your own schedule, submit monthly session forecasts, and arrange substitutes when needed
- Complete required training, follow club procedures, and work flexible hours

- You can sell and prospect without being pushy
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail oriented
- A friendly, enthusiastic, professional appearance and demeanor
- A quick learner who applies new coaching techniques right away
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer credential
- CPR and AED certifications
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field
- 1 year of personal training experience
