Territory Sales Manager

What You'll Do

You'll cover an assigned territory in Albuquerque, NM every day. That means local travel in your own car, going door to door to start conversations with homeowners.

• Your main job is generating leads for our outside sales team. You'll do quick inspections from the street to spot issues our products solve.
• It's about education, not a hard sell. You'll use a consultative approach to explain the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement.
• You gather information so our sales team can follow up and schedule a full demonstration.
• Reporting your daily results to field managers is part of the routine. You'll also work closely with other reps.
• You're the first impression. We need someone who represents us professionally and makes sure every potential customer has a great experience.

The Schedule & Environment

This is full time, and you've got to be available for evenings and weekends. Overtime happens based on business needs.

You're outdoors in your territory daily, dealing with whatever weather comes. Expect extended periods of walking and standing; it's a physical job. The work setting is like a field office or construction site environment.

What You Need to Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. So is a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for that local travel.

• You must be legally authorized to work here without visa sponsorship (like an H1B).
• We're talking about clear communication skills, both talking and writing, with all kinds of people.
• A strong internal drive to meet goals is non negotiable. You should be focused on results and the customer.
• Show up with a professional attitude and dress the part.
