Tax Accountant

What you'll do here

You'll handle tax engagements for a variety of clients, diving into the details and managing the process from start to finish. It's real work with real impact.

• Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Research technical tax issues and provide clear guidance to clients.
• Manage client relationships directly; you're not hidden behind layers of bureaucracy.
• Mentor staff accountants, helping them develop their skills.

What you need to bring

The foundation is non negotiable. We need someone who's been in the trenches and knows the drill.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or something very similar.
• At least five years of audit or tax experience within public accounting.
• A CPA license, or you're actively working toward it.

The practical stuff

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. On top of that, there's a bonus package. Your schedule has some built in flexibility because we know life happens.
