Production Worker

Alright, let's talk about the job. This is for a Production Worker position at a Pilot Flying J travel center in Albuquerque, NM. It's the kind of role where you're keeping things moving behind the scenes in the deli area.

What You'd Be Doing

Your main focus is on the food prep and service area. You're making sure it runs smoothly.

• Keep the deli section organized and clean. A tidy space is a functional one.
• Watch the hot deli case, restocking it with fresh items so it's always ready for guests.
• Prepare food. You'll follow specific process cards to make sure everything meets the company's standards.
• Handle dishes and utensils; cleaning them and putting them away so they're ready for the next round.

The Basics We Need From You

• You need to be a self starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
• You can work as part of a team; it's all about supporting each other.
• The job involves lifting up to 50 pounds. You'll also be on your feet, walking and standing, for most of the day.
• A flexible schedule is key. We're open nights, days, weekends, and holidays, so availability during those times is required.

Nice to Haves

Not required, but if you have this experience, it's a definite plus.

• Previous work in a similar food service or production role.
• Some knowledge of standard food safety procedures would be great.

The Schedule & Pay

The pay rate starts between $11.95 and $16.95 an hour. You get paid every week. Both full time and part time positions are available here. The schedule needs to be flexible to cover our operating hours.
