General/Operations Manager

What You'll Be Doing

You're leading the other managers. That means building their schedules, giving them clear responsibilities, and setting the expectations they need to hit.

• You'll manage their performance. Think evaluations, coaching sessions, and holding people accountable.
• A big part of your week is looking at the numbers. You're planning budgets weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• The whole operation falls to you to make sure every guest has a great experience.
• You have to live up to our standards yourself and make sure your team does too.
• Keeping communication flowing openly between the team and management is on you.
• When new initiatives roll out or things need to change, you're the one championing it and influencing how the team reacts.

And there's more. You'll use our systems to control costs and hit business targets. Following our operational playbooks is key; you'll run things like the Manager Timeline and perform quality Line Checks. You're also responsible for finding good people, training them up, keeping them around, and helping them grow into bigger roles. Part of your job is driving engagement inside the restaurant while also building relationships out in the community around Albuquerque, NM. And of course, you need to understand safe food handling inside and out.
