The Job
Albany Health Care needs a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who knows what real leadership looks like. You're not here to just fill a seat; you're here to run the place. That means everything from clinical oversight to finances lands on your desk.
You'll supervise all clinical and administrative functions in the facility. You'll develop and implement a facility management system. And you'll manage, coordinate, and hold every department accountable for delivering quality care. Financial management of the facility is on you, too. So is making sure we stay 100% compliant with every State and Federal regulation out there. You'll also oversee the quality assurance process and ensure every resident keeps their rights and choices intact.
What We Need From You
- A current New York LNHA Certification. That's non negotiable.
- At least 2 years working as an LNHA in a long term care facility.
- Experience in performance management. You've coached teams and held people to a standard.
- Effective leadership and management skills. The kind that gets results without burning people out.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You write clearly and speak plainly.
- You keep confidential information about residents and company matters exactly that -- confidential.
- You relate professionally to residents and staff at every level. No exceptions.
