What you'll actually do

• Guide clients through buying and selling ; every step, with real personalized service

• Stay in touch with clients after the deal closes; that's how lasting relationships happen
• Use real estate software and CRM tools to keep track of leads and transactions
• Research local market trends so you always know what pricing makes sense

What you can earn

This is full commission work. You get paid per transaction, so the more deals you close, the more money lands in your pocket. After a couple years of disciplined effort, it's normal to be earning $50,000 to $100,000 yearly or more. That range depends entirely on how much energy you put into building your client base.
