• 1 2 years of hands on experience as a Physician Associate, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse in a medical spa setting
• 1 2 years of hands on experience performing aesthetic medical spa procedures
• A current, established book of clientele ; not just potential leads but real clients who follow you
• An active, engaging presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) where you already talk about aesthetics
• A genuine entrepreneurial mindset ; you want to grow with the company, not just punch a clock
