Marketing Coordinator – Field & Door to Door

Albany, NY – Full time. No experience? That’s fine. Erie Home is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to work in the field, talk to homeowners, and help grow our business.

This isn’t your standard canvassing gig ; we pay a base hourly wage (between $13 and $17 per hour), plus weekly bonuses and uncapped commissions. You get paid every Friday.

What you'll do day to day

• Walk designated neighborhoods (transportation provided from the field office) to spot homes that may need roof replacement
• Talk with homeowners face to face, introduce them to Erie Home's premium basement waterproofing solutions
• Set up free, no obligation consultations with interested homeowners
• Hit individual and team goals each week ; hitting them means better pay for you

The schedule

Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 8 PM. Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Some Fridays rotate with Saturdays; it's not every week, but it does happen occasionally.

• A reliable car or other transportation to get yourself to the office each day (we handle transport from there)
