We're looking for people in Akron, OH who are motivated and genuinely like helping others. You don't need any experience in real estate. None. We'll teach you everything.

What you'll do here

You'll learn this business from the ground up. That means working directly with people, helping them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

• Guide clients through each step of buying or selling a home.
• Negotiate offers to get the best possible outcome for your clients.
• The job is about relationships. You'll build a network of clients and local contacts, and provide support long after the deal is done.
• We use specific tools to stay organized. You'll learn our real estate software and CRM to manage leads and transactions.
• A big part of the job is knowing your area. You'll research the local market to understand pricing and trends.

The compensation model

This is a full commission role. You earn money for each transaction you complete. Your income is directly tied to your activity.

The more you work to establish yourself and build a client base, the more you can earn. It takes discipline, but after a few years, it's common for agents here to make between $50,000 and $100,000 annually. And many go beyond that.
